CrossCompetence is a technical consultant company with competence within several areas. Our goal is to always find the best solutions for both customers and employees. We focus on quality over quantity. You will find our office at expansive Lindholmen in Gothenburg.
We, Jessica and Helen, who founded and run CrossCompetence, have more than 35 years of combined experience from product development, recruitment as well as the consulting and civil service industry. Over time we have built a large network of contacts.
We are passionate about finding the best possible match.
We want to create a company with a pleasant and inspiring work climate where our employees thrive, develops, and wants to stay over time. We work long-term and want to create continuity. Our goal is to be there for all our employees (consultants) to help and coach so they shall have the opportunity to develop and reach their full potential. As we are an owner-managed company, we have short and fast decision-making paths.
We believe in the joint and personal leadership where everyone can have the opportunity to influence.
We believe in sharing and giving something back to the world as this is close to our hearts.
We have decided that we always let part of our profit go to charitable causes. Each new employee who starts with us gets to choose a charity project that they are particularly passionate about, and we then make monthly donations to it.
